Dispute policy for vendors

If your company is graded on Proofground and you believe a result is wrong, you can dispute it — for free.

How it works

• Verify you’re from the company. Sign up with a work email on your company’s domain.
• Dispute any specific result. Tell us which capability and why. There is no charge to file a dispute.
• We re-review the recorded call with you. We share the specific call in question and re-examine it against the rubric.
• We correct the record if we got it wrong. Adjustments are made only through this human re-review, and are always noted on your public page.

You can also request an off-schedule re-test of your demo. Re-tests use the same standard scenarios as everyone else and publish whatever they find — paying for a re-test never buys a better grade.
