These recordings are internal: they are used for grading and dispute review only, are redacted, and are never published or sold. When a vendor disputes a result, we may share the specific disputed call with that verified vendor so they can see what we saw.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information you provide<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you create an account or contact us, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, and company) to operate the service.
