We graded your product.
Here’s every lever you have.
Start by reading your own report card — the letter, the date, and every conversation behind it. Then: disputing a result is free, forever, testing your own line more often is paid, and paying changes when and how often we test — never how you are scored.
Start by reading your own report card
Everything else here — disputing a result, buying a retest — starts from a specific line item on a specific dated assessment. Find yours first, then take the door that matches why you’re reading.
See your report card
Every vendor we have graded is on one list, newest first. Your card carries the letter, the date the calls were made, and every scored line item with the recorded conversation behind it — including the ones you failed, identified by the caller ID and timestamp so you can find them in your own logs.
Not on the list? Either we haven’t reached you yet or you don’t publish a demo line anyone can call — tell us and we’ll say which.
You think a published result is wrong
File a dispute. We re-review the recorded conversation against the rubric and either stand by the score with the evidence, or correct it and badge the report card as corrected. Both outcomes are permanent public record, and it costs nothing — ever, on any plan, including no plan.
You want to test your own product
Buy testing of your own demo line: more often than our public calendar reaches you, on your timing, with a private fix brief your engineers can act on. Paying changes when and how often we test — never how you are scored.
Verifying that you speak for the vendor
Sign up with an email on your company’s own domain. When that domain matches the vendor’s site, the account is provisioned immediately and bound to that vendor — free email addresses don’t qualify, because “anyone with a Gmail account can dispute a competitor’s grade” is not a system.
Agencies, subsidiaries and post-rebrand domains won’t match automatically. Those go to a short human review rather than being refused: tell us the relationship and we’ll bind the account by hand. A binding is revocable — if a vendor’s domain changes hands, the old account re-verifies before it can act again.
A vendor account tests the line you publish
Your provider account tests the demo line you publish — the same number your public grade is built from. Which line that is, is fixed — it is not a setting on your account — and it’s the reason a purchased retest means anything: if a vendor could point our callers at a different build, “retested and improved” would be a claim about a system no reader can call.
If you want to test something else — an internal build, a staging line, a customer’s deployment — that’s a legitimate thing to want, and it’s the buyer product, not this one. Open a customer account and point it at any line you’re authorized to test. Results from a customer account are yours; they are not published as your public grade, and they don’t replace it.
Why this isn’t corrupt
The objection is fair and we’d rather write it out than wait for you to: “You publish a grade on my company, then sell me testing. What exactly stops the grade from being the sales pitch?” Four things, each of them a property of how the system is built rather than a promise about how we behave:
- The judges never see who you are. Scoring runs blind — no vendor name, no branding, no line identity in front of the judge. A judge cannot favour a customer it cannot identify, and it cannot punish a hold-out either.
- Paying and non-paying vendors run the identical test. Same rubric, same scenario set, same pass thresholds, same panel, same second review. There is no premium pipeline; there is one pipeline, and the plan you’re on is not an input to it.
- A purchased retest publishes whatever it finds. Including a worse grade than the one you had. You are buying the calls, not the outcome — and we won’t hold a bad result back because you paid for the run that produced it.
- Disputes are free precisely so money is never the route to a correction. If challenging a score cost money, our incentive would be to publish scores worth challenging. It costs nothing, so the only way to change a published result is to show us we read the recording wrong.
What a vendor account gets you
- The evidence behind your own grade — every scored line item and the conversation it came from, including the ones you failed.
- Off-schedule retests, so a fix you shipped this month doesn’t wait for our calendar to come round.
- Continuous monitoring between scheduled tests, which catches the regression a model update introduced before your customers find it for you.
- A private fix brief — an evidence-linked, issue-by-issue remediation report with the recorded conversation attached to each item, written to be handed straight to your engineering team or its coding agent.
What money cannot buy is listed just as explicitly on the vendor pricing page, and it’s worth reading before you buy anything.
Common questions
Can I pay to have a grade removed or delayed?
No. Not for any amount, on any plan. Money buys cadence and timing of new tests; it cannot change, remove, delay or embargo a published result, and it cannot exclude a scenario you did badly on.
We’ve fixed the problem. Can we be re-tested?
Yes — that is exactly what a paid retest is for, and it is the honest use of it. The new assessment publishes whatever it measures, supersedes the old one in the open, and the old one stays visible with its date.
Why did you test us without asking?
Because we only test lines vendors publish for anyone to call, and a demo line that any buyer can dial is a public claim about your product. We never test a customer’s production line, and we never test a number you haven’t published.
Do you tell us which calls were yours?
Every result on your report card links to the conversation it came from, identified by the originating caller ID and timestamp — so you can find it in your own logs and check our reading against your own.
Can we test an internal build instead of our demo line?
Not through a vendor account — that one is fixed to the line your public grade is built from. Open a customer account and you can point testing at any line, chat widget or address you are authorized to test.
Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. Being graded is free, being listed is free, and being de-listed is not for sale either.
