Talk to us
Three routes: buyers evaluating vendors, vendors who think a published result is wrong, and press asking how any of this works. All three land at hello@proofground.ai, and every one of those is a link you can tap.

All three reach a person. Telling us which one you are gets you a useful answer instead of a holding reply.
Evaluating vendors
Questions about testing your own shortlist, pricing, what you need in place before a run, or a vendor you’d like to see graded.
Goes to hello@proofground.ai, subject already filled in.
Already have an account? Support lives inside the app — sign in and open a thread, and it arrives with your run attached.
Disputing a grade
If you believe a published result is wrong, don’t email — file it. A dispute is free, it goes straight to a re-review against the recorded conversation, and the resolution is published either way.
Not sure you’re in the right place? Start on the vendor page, or write to hello@proofground.ai — the subject line fills itself in.
Press and research
Method questions, data requests, or anything you intend to publish. We’ll answer method questions in detail and on the record.
Goes to hello@proofground.ai. Tell us your deadline in the first line.
Proofground is published by Chest LLC. Correspondence about anything on this site — including a legal notice — reaches us at hello@proofground.ai, and a dispute about a published result is free and settled against the recording.
What to include
We can act on almost anything if it points at something checkable. What helps most:
- Disputing a result: which vendor, which assessment date, and which specific line item — plus what you believe the correct behaviour was. Every result on a report card carries the originating caller ID and the timestamp, so you can find the same conversation in your own logs and quote it back to us.
- Asking us to test a vendor: the vendor’s name and the demo line they publish — send it here. We only test lines a vendor has published for anyone to call — never a real business’s production number.
- Buying a run: the vendors you’re weighing, your industry, and roughly how many conversations you want against each. What you’ll need before you start is on its own page.
- Press: your deadline. We would much rather answer a method question properly before you file than correct a description of it afterwards.
None of the three fit? Write to hello@proofground.ai anyway and say what you need. Every address on this page reaches the same inbox; the subject lines just get you to the right person faster.
